Act as the front-line technical expert for enterprise deployments of AlgoX2, guiding installations and handling live troubleshooting.

What you'll do

  • Act as the front-line technical expert for enterprise deployments of AlgoX2
  • Guide installs on-prem and in cloud Kubernetes, including TLS and ACLs, and migrations from Kafka, Redis, or MQTT
  • Handle live troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrade planning
  • Capture customer feedback to improve product and documentation

What we expect

  • Solid background in systems integration on Linux, Kubernetes, and Helm
  • Familiarity with messaging or streaming systems such as Kafka, MQTT, NATS, or Redis
  • Clear communication with customer engineering teams
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite work or remote support windows
